Good Morning!

The topic is reviews! A review can make or break a small business. It takes a few keystrokes to express how satisfied you were with a gorgeous arrangement you either ordered or received. It also takes a few keystrokes to express the disappointment as well! All feedback from our customers is appreciated because it lets us know if we are doing our best or if improvements need to be implemented!

With that being said, there are times when someone sets out to purposefully harm a business’s reputation. Recently, I had someone write a review solely due to the fact that he/she didn’t like something that I wrote which had nothing to do with my shop. This person had never utilized my business’s services or even spoke to anyone in my shop. Yesterday, I noticed a one-star review on Google that stated there was an incident where the shop manager was rude. I of course apologized and asked when the rude incident occured. I will say that I haven’t had a store manager in place for almost 2 months and my storefront has been closed for about the same time frame. I suspect that this may have something to do with the other person who left the negative review!

I would recommend that consumers make their decision to utilize the services of any business not just mine based on the reviews as a whole! Anyone can go on and tarnish a business’s reputation for spite or dislike but those that take the time to rally for the business that provided excellent service will stand out. This world is hateful, and people are always out to harm someone else by way of slander so be careful you might miss out on a fabulous experience if you choose to go that route!
